I'm going to need a new set of tires for my 2015 GMC Z71 around Dec. looking at the Toyo 275/55R20 MT. do any of you have them? concern about the road noise.

I just put some 265 toyo mt' s on my HD 2 weeks ago. I like them so far. The do sing a bit. More than dura Trac or master craft mtx's.

Toyo m/t is hands down best mud tire on the market. Nitto trail grappler in 2nd. And easy 50-55k mud tire. If you were closer to Montgomery I'd give you the number to my dads shop.

I have the toyo RTs and i love em how do they compare to the Toyo A/T's as far as noise/off road performance, etc? The service manager at the Tuscaloosa Ford dealership told me they replaced the A/T's with the R/T's (although I'm not convinced he knows what he's talking about for a couple of reasons). I'll be looking at AT tires in a few months and pretty much narrowed it down to Toyo or Nitto.

I've run the Toyo AT's (285/75R18's) on a 2013 F150 almost since the truck was new. I've loved them. However, with all the rain this summer, I found their limits off road. Nothing drastic, just having to run in 4WD a lot when checking traps, cameras and feeders. Recently, I found another set of factory wheels and mounted RT's. They're much better in the mud and I can't tell much difference in the noise level, at least so far.

I've run the Toyo AT's (285/75R18's) on a 2013 F150 almost since the truck was new. I've loved them. However, with all the rain this summer, I found their limits off road. Nothing drastic, just having to run in 4WD a lot when checking traps, cameras and feeders. Recently, I found another set of factory wheels and mounted RT's. They're much better in the mud and I can't tell much difference in the noise level, at least so far. got any pics with the RT's on that truck? a 2013 f150 is what I'll be putting them on, albeit with the 20" FX4 wheels. just not sure I want something quite that aggressive. 90% of my driving is pavement. and the extent of my "offroading" is muddy/sloppy/slick club roads.

i dont know about the toyos but i just put a set of 265/70/17 wild country all terrains load range e on my 2500. local shop got me out the door for $750. no where else could grt me any set of tires for under $800 plus installation. i had a set of 31's on my jeep and i was very happy with them. just throwing out a cheaper alternative

Ive had these rts for a couple of months and love em. The whine on my truck more than what their advertised. Although its not bad by any means, its louder than the at's. I havent had them off road yet other than muddy boat ramps. They look great, a nice even midway between mud tires and all terrains. Im driving 300 miles a week back and forth to work, and not to mention on my off time and they still look brand new with prolly 4000 miles on them. I bought this truck in may, and it had 31" goodyear wranglers on it stock height. I put a 3" leveling kit and 33.4" rt's on it and it rides better than stock.

The AT is the all terrain the RT is a hybrid them the MT. The RT and the AT has milage warranty.

I put a new set of Nittos on this week. 285/70/17, $800 out the door. Great looking tire, deep tread, quiet ride. So far so good!!

Another option for a good hybrid between a m/t an a/t is the cooper st maxx. Have those on ram 2500 and love them. Little road noise, ride smooth, and wearing great.

I've always been a BFG fan and still am. I've ran 35's in both the Toyo MT and Nitto Trail Grapplers on my 2500HD. Pulled both sets off around 40k miles with around 1/4 tread left, which is not bad on a diesel. I'm running 325 60 20 BFG km2's now. I've gotten over 50k miles outa 285's and 305's on 1/2 ton trucks, have seen 70k miles on the old style BFG mudders, man do I miss those.

walt Just curious what you found, How much did you find them for? I looked long and hard at them, I really wanted them, but they were $2-300 per set more expensive and they dont come with a mileage warranty.
