Yes it is a prefab. Similar to Graceland but I found this brand has painted options instead of just wood and seemed like a better warranty also to me.
I mainly went with prefab cause if I ever need to move it in the future it will be pretty inexpensive compared to a more permanent build. Plus, all I had to do was get a temp power pole for power, permanent build opens a whole new ball game for inspections prior to getting power on

long long weekend getting the walls and flooring in. Still have to trim out the floors and then trim the walls. I'm ready for this thing to end

correct, heater and ac in that unit. there is ac only in the back bedroom. small bathroom has heater vent light

I'm sure you already thought of this, but did you tie the structure down to prevent lift/shifting during high winds? If not, you really need to do that. A mobile home type anchor system in each corner would fix it right up.
