Years ago I use to order my arrows ready to go from different arrowsmiths like mohawk and Jim Curlee.
Then I started ordering raw shafts sometimes and I'd stain them and fletch them.
Back in the mid 70s when I first started bowhunting with a recurve, Bear Archery had some pretty decent wood arrows on the market.
I didnt have a jig back then so I'd take em to the shop to get refletched.
Wood arrows made up ready to go and decked out like your arrows are expensive.
Yours look as good as any I've ordered.
Much appreciated. I have sold a few sets I've done but it's hard to make much money off of them if you're really doing them for a business. You would just about have to sell them for $200. I actually have a 6 at a time fletching jig and it's great. The jig for painting designs on the cresting is what is so expensive. I made on with an old sewing machine motor and put a swinging arm with a soft wheel to fold over on top of the arrow while it's spinning. It keeps it from bouncing making uneven lines.
