I really dont care for unions myself. But on the other hand I can see where Nissan needs something. I have worked for Nissan, while there are good jobs there. There are alot of bad things that go on at the plants. Most are management issues. I hope I never get to the point where I would need to go back to work for Nissan. But I'm sure the same issues are a problem at Honda and Toyota also.
