I have a Palmetto State Armory complete 16" mid-length 7.62x39 upper I am considering selling.

It has a couple hundred rounds down the tube half brass and half steel. Has never had any issue of any sort since new, less than a year old, shoots very well. 1/2" on good days and never over 3/4".
Anyone need a .30 caliber ar upper half? This fits on any standard ar-15 lower half with nothing needed but a magazine and I have two 10 rounders I would let go with it for what I have in them as well.

I have 350 in it. The mags were 20 each when I got them but they're 15 now so I'll let them go for 15.
