Looks like maybe the driver of the car was startled when the biker kicked his car and reacted not knowing where the bump came from. Its bad either way especially for those not involved in road rage if that's what this is I agree based only on the proof in this video. The car driver would not be expecting an impact from that side of the vehicle and would instictively swerve away from traffic lanes. If the biker claims something happened prior then he is admitting guilt to leaving the scene of an accident in which he was a participant (indirectly)
not sure what the best way to handle them is but they shouldnt be on tv and gettn married and raisin kids

i'm wondering if the biker kicked the car to keep it from coming over closer to him. can't tell from the video if the car had come up quickly in the biker's lane, alarming the biker ...
