The biker is wrong; but, IF the driver of the car attempted to hit the motorcycle - he/she should be put under the jail.

Looks like maybe the driver of the car was startled when the biker kicked his car and reacted not knowing where the bump came from. Its bad either way especially for those not involved in road rage if that's what this is

The car had cut the biker off earlier. He started by kicking the passenger door and then went around and kicked the drivers door. The car then swerved at him and lost control. That is the story I saw anyways. The police are looking for the biker to talk to him.

Riding my bike to work about 10 years ago on 459 & a guy in a car passed me in the left lane while I was in it, I was a favoring a little right of center to avoid the potholes, so he just used part of the gravel median & came on around. I was probably doing 75 or so, had a car maybe 50' in front of me.
So he never even looked over when I kicked his mirror off, but when he cleared me he was kind enough to slam on his brakes but I expected that. People are nuts and are happy to attempt to kill you for being there.
I never ride up on someone's tail because you have noplace to go if they slam on their brakes, you just get sandwiched.

I doubt the biker started it. I imagine there was something before that pissed the biker off. It sure didn't take much to flip the pickup.

I had a guy one night pass me on the shoulder just north of exit 238 on 65 north, there was a car broke down on the side of the road and he missed it by inches.

Last week while in Gulf Shores there was a murder that started from road rage just a couple of miles from the camp ground. I think they said shotgun blast at short range.
