They talked me into getting a beef tongue taco first time I stopped there..Bout got sick smelling it on the way home. Lengua doesn't have an odor when prepared properly. Maybe they gave you tripe instead. Because tripe sucks and smells like sh*t. Cabeza - beef cheeks - is super. Tender, flavorful, like a great pot roast cooked slow for hours. It might have been a mental thing just knowing I had cooked beef tongue in the seat next to me..Either way it went in the garbage.
