Anyone familiar with them? I'm kicking around the idea of doing something. I've seen too many times a person mental capacity deminishes and a person of lower morals come in and get the property against the persons wishes when they were competent. Does the original owner retain all rights until death? Can land be moved in and out of the trust? What if the beneficiary dies first?
