Around 1973 I saw a big, long tailed, black cat just above Clayton right on the Barbour County Management area line. We were dog hunting and he ran up on a good friend of mine on the next stand and then turned and ran up a small draw about 15 yards from me. Dogs were running it. Absolutely no doubt what it was, bright clear frosty morning.
