There are supposedly 5 stages of deer hunting. I think that's bout right, however there are combinations of some IMO.
Some folks hunt a lifetime and never progress past the numbers level. I know a feller that may have spent more time deer hunting Jackson Co than anyone else. He may kill a 130 class 8 pt today and spike and a 4 pt tomorrow. He's only killed a few really high scoring, mature bucks, . Had he become super selective 30 years ago , he'd prolly have his own outdoor network.
