Linoleum floors, wood ceiling, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom ( needs toilet). Completely plumbed and wired ready to hook up. The metal building is an 8 x 10. Both buildings are located in Cleburne co about 10 miles out of heflin, al. $5000 FOR BOTH BUILDINGS---CONTACT JOEY AT 256-282-1022---Please leave message if no answer. THANKS
