I took the morning off installing seamless raingutters to collect on nearly everybody who I have worked for in the past 2 weeks - guess who else doesn't answer the phone or the door or use the self addressed envelope to pay up when the job is done ...
A good business would be like Angie's list but the other way around - the business owners get to point out who won't pay and is an irrational pain in the butt .
