A good EIFS or Stucco guy is hard to find.
yep, I only know of two guys that do good work on EIFS. May be others, but I don't know them.
I have my doubts that a guy could actually get started in this line of work for $20,000. Assuming he has a truck and trailer, he still has insurance and other expenses before a General Contractor will even consider him. Then they have to foot all expenses until they submit an invoice and hope the Contractor pays net 30. Cost is more prohibitive in this line of work than most people realize. That's why it can be hard for a young guy fresh out of trade school to get started.
