I have a good friend that works for Hartland and I've heard this speech many times. Has worked out well for him


The only bad thing about Hartland is you are an employee and if you leave you lose your residual. I prefer to write for companies as an independent contractor so that my residuals last for as long as the customer processes with the company I place them with.
