Watch those Zaxby Ceasar Salads. Look at the contents. More fat grams in them that a Big Mac meal. The second meal with no carbs is going to do you more good in the end. Do what??? Not even close. McDonald's Big Mac and fries 760 calories 39g fat 75g carbs Zaxbys grilled Caesar salad 440 calories 16g fat 25g carbs Hyperbole man, didn't think someone was going to buy it and search. My point was the Zaxby's Ceasar salad is not their best salad option if fat grams, etc. are important to you. It is one of their tastiest in my book though. I missed the hyperbole, my bad  It is a dang good salad!
