THIS Chuck Sykes, he's hired. Commish Guy is appointed. I got crossed up. We will get a new commish in about a year and a half. Maybe one that will rein Chuck in. But first we must elect a Guv that appoints one with some sense.
I reckon I'm having trouble accepting that Chuck is director of anything.
