Small snacks through the day: handful of unsalted raw almonds, a snack stick of cheddar, boiled egg white, 3/4-pound bag of Nacho Cheese Doritos, small non-sugary yogurt, water water water.
Raw veggies, too: broccoli, carrots, celery, 3/4-pound bag of Nacho Cheese Doritos, cauliflower, cucumbers.

Check here for how many calories to maintain your weight. Then drop it by 500 calories. Should result in roughly 1 pound per week BMR

Stray would need to be on a 60-day cholesterol purge with all the "Where am I?" stuff he eats!

I've kept up with mine on the lose it app today and here's were I am.
Budget 2,028 calories Breakfast = 1 egg fried and 1 egg white fried in coconut oil. 1 turkey sausage patty. 1 yogurt 12 ounces coffee black 16 ounces water calories 345
Lunch = turkey breast, skim milk cheese stick, 1 tomato with avocado oil, 11 1/2 ounces V8 juice. 16 ounces water calories 392
snacks = trail bar, 2 bananas, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, 1 serving of almonds calories 858 DAMNIT !!!
I can only eat 432 for supper! Right now I'm so hungry if I had some hot sauce I would eat a used bowling shoe ! Plus I have a slight withdrawal from bad carbs headache going on.

I eat low carb/paleo 85% of the time. You need way more protein than what you are getting. I would suggest you buy or order some ISOPURE no carb protein powder and mix with unsweetened almond milk or unsweetened coconut milk. 2 cups of the milk and the powder has about 350 calories, 60g of protein and 5-6 carbs.
My wife also takes muffin pans and adds ham to the pan then drops an egg, spinach and cheese in them. It makes little omelettes that you can keep in the fridge and have a quick breakfast. Eat one or two, then a shake mid morning and I'm good till dinner. I sometimes will add a second shake in the evening for dessert. The toasted coconut ISO powder with the coconut milk is surprisingly good.

I eat 2 hard boiled eggs and 4 slices of bacon for breakfast. That's close to 500 calaries for breakfast. Wow.

When loosing weight, I try to stay between 1,500-1,800 calaries a day. That is with at least 30 minutes of running or 45 minutes of walking a day.
