had two at 25 yards this morning trying to double and a ridge separated me from the second bird, tried to tell the other fella to just kill the one he could see but he held off. feels like someone punched me in the gut having them that close and not killing atleast one of them

Love reading these threads. Congrats to the killers. I am excited to go for the first time ever tomorrow morning. Going by myself, so I'm not really expecting anything at all.
Dumb question that I might find through more research, but how far is a turkeys "range" or whatever. I saw a good bit of turkeys at the end of deer season, but the problem is my club is split between Morgan and Marshall. Morgan season isn't in, but thats the side I saw turkeys on. Trying to decide if I should just get right on the line where I saw them. I'm assuming they are more spread out then that, but who freakin knows.
