Well, making it illegal obviously didn't prevent it from happening.

No one in their right mind is going to start using heroine, or meth, or Oxycodone if they legalized it tomorrow. Only addicts will and guess what? They are doing it anyway.


To become an addict you have to start from somewhere. Every addict was at one time sober and a non-drug user. So yes, legal heroine and other drugs will get tried by first timers searching for ecstasy, euphoria, acceptance or just fun times in their troubled world.
