We kept one in a tank most of my years in college. We would come home drunk and tie a lizard onto a line (no hook) and fight that sucker with an ultra light. We had alot of fun with that fish.
I think it was a 20g tank and he was about 2lbs maybe. still fun for the UL
We would feed him minnows, crawfish, etc. Had a buddy that kept a bream or two like that. The bream are bad about fighting though. We watched a bream and an african cyclid (sp?) go at it for about a week one time. Those two hated each other. We finally released the bream or they both would have died.
