That's why I made that statement with confidence. My Russell Co. lease butts up to Dudley land. It's average at best. I'd much rather have the same acreage in Tallapoosa Co if I had my pick. Is this tract the one that butts up to yours? You realize he owns like 30k acres in russell county alone? Some are poor turkey hunting, some is excellent.
