This argument is really just a silly sideshow in the grand scheme of things. The things we really need to be concerned about are phrases like �total deer harvest� and �sustainable yield�. The best thing that is happening right now is that the doe harvest numbers are decreasing as a percentage of the harvest. There needs to continue to be a backlash against the doe slaughtering era and a movement back to a more conservative approach to harvesting females. Not just in law but in the mindset of the hunters. That will matter far more than corn.
