Laws should DECREASE conflict NOT INCREASE it.
There is no conflict between people/hunters/landowners/lessees with the no hunting over bait law. They should leave it alone.
Correct, but the head of our DCNR does not seem to understand this and instead of working to attract new hunters to the activity, he seems hell bent on driving people away by, like you say, increasing conflict, and making it more complicated to do it legally.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.
