If it is legalized the law will probably read something like this:

Hunters who have a baiting permit must have a permit sticker on their feeder. The feeder must be exactly 77 inches from the ground around the feeder. The feeder can only distribute no more than 15,000 grams 3 times per day. Feed shall not be allowed to come in contact with soil; however, feed used on non-leased land may be broadcast without restrictions. All feeders must hold no more than 32 kilograms of polyunsaturated feed nuggets or non-gmso corn.

One copy of the permit application is to be submitted to the Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources 64 N. Union Street Montgomery, Alabama 36130, and shall include a topographic map, or copy thereof, showing the specific location of the bait site.
