If it is legalized the law will probably read something like this: Hunters who have a baiting permit must have a permit sticker on their feeder. The feeder must be exactly 77 inches from the ground around the feeder. The feeder can only distribute no more than 15,000 grams 3 times per day. Feed shall not be allowed to come in contact with soil; however, feed used on non-leased land may be broadcast without restrictions. All feeders must hold no more than 32 kilograms of polyunsaturated feed nuggets or non-gmso corn.
