I will not deny the existence of a few yellow acorn trees on said property. But no more than my neighbors to the north...or the east, and west neighbors as well.
Then you're a violator and I hope you get arrested.
Trying to justify being on the wrong side of the law and ethics by quantifying it with "my neighbors do it" doesn't make it right.
At least you admit being a violator.
