I know this post is old, but I am newer to the board...

I just want to add, I do agree with putting this dog down, I've done the same, and I know it is hard...Thing is I own 2 dogs that are registered and have papers on them... If you too own a dog like that, then you support culling of dogs just as me... Most of the thousands of dogs that have been culled to get you breed perfect over the years did not even bite a child...So if I am OK with that enough to send the paper work in on my dog, then I am also ok with culling a dg that bites my own flesh and blood...
