In the last picture it looks like that right hand is just floating, pic kinda looks fake to me. What do ya'll think. Looks legit to me.. both deer are riding in the back of a newer white tacoma

So... No hunting restrictions were imposed? He better of killed that before Jan 9. On that date his hunting privileges were suspended for a year. He is bragging he killed that deer in 2017!! Clear probation violation if after that date. His sentences were consecutive so he is looking at about 120 days plus the night hunting charge being resurrected. This kid is some kind of dumb.

It's been my understanding that you can loose any items used to harvest, transport, and process the animals. Additionally, if there is money made by the illegal harvest it and anything it went toward the purchase of is subject to forfeiture. Plus loss of privileges and time in a box. Although $4800 is a chunk of change, it could have got worse and probably didn't due to the guilty plea. My old man told me to never F' around with the men in green cause they could flat take the fun outta life. It's ok to try to get an honest advantage on the deer just as long as you stay inside the rules.
