Warrants were issued on 10-31 and he was arrested on 11-2. There were 5 charges resolved early Jan as follows: (1) Closed Season 250 fine and costs, 30 days suspended 2 years unsupervised probation. (2) Hunting after dark - appears to be placed on administrative docket for 12 months conditioned on him doing no hunting of any kind for 12 months. Not clear but usually this means at the end of this time it will be dismissed. (3) Taking a deer at night - 500 fine and costs, 30 days consecutive, suspended 2 years unsup probation, fine and costs to be paid in 6 months. (4) Failure to have a pen and paper on person - dismissed (5) Hunt over bait 500$ fine and costs, 60 days suspended, 2 years un sup probation. Costs run about 300 in each case.
Appears he did not have a lawyer. Also appears fines and costs have been paid. Looks like he came out pretty light for a repeat offender. Stephens was the GW.

You acquired all that info from the link posted above??
