hunting at night AND taking deer at night, don't see that much. Usually one or the other, not both.
I've spent most of the money I've made in my lifetime on hunting and fishing. The rest I just wasted.....

U thinking they caught the boy red handed in the act? prolly not but it is rare to charge both for killing a deer at night. Both are legal charges. Kind of like charging a poacher with hunting w/o permit AND criminal trespass for same incident.

Nah - they would have taken his deer and he would not have pics. They got a witness or got him to confess. Could have used metadata for some of the charges but not all.
