hunting at night AND taking deer at night, don't see that much. Usually one or the other, not both.

prolly not but it is rare to charge both for killing a deer at night. Both are legal charges. Kind of like charging a poacher with hunting w/o permit AND criminal trespass for same incident.
I've spent most of the money I've made in my lifetime on hunting and fishing. The rest I just wasted.....
