This gives you an idea on how big that coyote was. Top of the fence where he is hanging is 5'3".

I wonder if it could be the homemade pan covers I was experimenting with. I have been using polyfil, but, after the rain washed the sifted dirt down and exposed the pan at the last place I trapped, I decided I'd try a pan cover to see if it made a difference.
