It's interesting that you can drive from Fort Davis to Hardaway during the middle of the day any day of the week and see black folks riding good looking and fairly new 4 wheeler's and side by sides up and down the roads. Even though they ain't got a pot to piss in or a window to throw it out. And no for the snowflakes on here I'm not saying that hard working black folks don't legally own 4 wheeler's.
Being very familiar with the area and the chances of the sheriffs department catching them, probably the best course of action would be to get up with other clubs and set these folks up with some SXS bait and catch them yourselves. Then turn them over to the morgue.
