My opinion is to find one that uses dermistes beetles. End result is superior to boiling. You can google beetle skull cleaning. There are several in alabama. I have used on located between ptattville and tuscaloosa

X2 for Cuz Pat. Patton's European mounts. He's done several for me. I just dropped another off with him the other day. He really goes above and beyond with the customer service. I will not use anyone else for a European mount.

 I just did a pair. One for me and one for a buddy who killed his first buck. Both very personal and sentimental. And smelly and time consuming and hacked off the wife. Glad to do another one for $1000.  And I know you're not supposed to submerge the bases. But after third boil I was done. BYW. Compressed air works good to get junk out of nose cavities.
