I fired a guy a while back for failing a drug test. He got a pill dealing Dr to write him a script and filed an EEOC complaint, the Dr and the EEOC said that it was an Americans with Disabilty act violation due to his addiction being an illness and hence a disability. Wanted us to pay him for the rights violation. Ain't happening, he's spill head and dangerous to work around and they want me to pay for firing him, what's next, fined for not hiring them and paying them to stay home.
