Planted my foodplots last Tuesday, went Saturday to put out some more corn and check my trailcam, my clover was about 1/4 high and the thro and grow was nearly 2" high, so I was quite surprised.

Planted our fields last Friday with plenty of moisture already in the soil. If we can get another good shower or two this week I think they'll be good to go...

checked our plots Saturday, they had been planted 2 weeks and are 6+ inches

Our plots that have been in the ground for two weeks are over 6" and SOLID green. Doing very well. Planted a few more Saturdaybut didn't get the rain we needed. May be a few more days, but there is still enough moisture to get them up.

My small plots are doing well. I planted on 14 Sept. and it was a few days before we rec'd rain. The clover, brassicas, tet. rye and forage rape covered the plots uniformly and are 2" tall, average. We've rec'd 2 good rains since 14 Sept.

I plan on fertilizing again in 4 more weeks.

ours are looking good. We planted on Sept. 17 and received rain 36 hours later. Our clover looks especially well and our wheat was 3" high as of this past Thursday.

I usually don't plant my plots until 10/15 or later, but had to plant this past weekend because I'm getting married 10/8. Hope we get some rain this week in Monroe County!

Just got off the phone with my farmer and he said we've already gotten 2"+ at farm today!

My plots are doing alot better thanks to the Good Lord sending us some rain .

Glad some of y'all got that rain. We didn't get a drop, and haven't had any in a couple weeks.

We got some this past tue and wed night. We needed it. The dirt had gotten hard. I'm beginning to think that with the number of acorns it won't matter what our plots are like. Not one blade nipped off in the ones I have been in.

We got 2.77" this week alone!! If that don't gettem going....

Matt, is that soybean planted in the middle of the plot?

Muzzie, mostly grain sorghum, but there are soy beans in there too. We planted the whole field in peas, soy beans, and sorghum and left that part standing, along with a solid sorghum stand on the western field perimeter. We disked the majority of it under to plant our winter grains.
