A call came in for tomorrow morning while I was typing my stories . Dad took daughter out hunting this evening and she shot a doe for her first deer. It was quartering away and they feel like it was a pretty good hit. They found decent blood and tracked it for 150 yards before it petered out though. They searched for another hour before backing out and calling it. Hopefully we’re gonna recover a little girl’s first deer in the morning.
