Moved to Florence, AL in 2000 and lived there until I enlisted in the AF (11 years). Got sent to LA for 5 years and just got sent up to Rapid City,SD last august. Still keep AL as my home of record though so I don't have to pay for a out of state license Correct me if I'm wrong but, SD doesn't tax military pay, right? If so, it would make sense to change residency and buy out of state license.

Fort Bragg, North Carolina. I've been here altogether for about 12 years. I'll be here for another 2.5 years so I can retire, not sure where we will go after that.
I was born in Jasper Al, but grew up in Cullman.

You have to get the "gold membership". It saves out of state members 15$ dollars a year. That how I do it anyway I can use the extra money.

Who all in here does not currently live in Alabama. I've noticed in some comments before some people mentioning they wish they were back in bama or "when I was back home".
Post up where you live if you don't live in bama and how long y'all lived there. Carrollton, Georgia 2-1/2 month's. Is there an issue? There is if you want there to be? How big a boy are ya?  lighten up Too old to tolerate your nonsense. Come to Carrollton and the 1st round is on me and if don't drink i'll treat you to dinner at any place here you choose to go to, to eat. Your call.

Does it really rain there more than 3/4 of the year? Always wondered if that was true. I hear Portland Oregon and Seattle WA get it almost every day of the year. Can't be right
There is 2 different high fence. 1 small and one big! Mine was free range in the big pen and was not a breeder buck. Why does it have to be twisted around??

I live in Bama about 4 months of the year the rest of the time in Louisiana. Have a place in Bama I keep for hunting and just resting. I love the state but my home is in LA.

Live in Pace, Fl now. I have lived in Dozier and Opp. I live in between Pace and Milton off Berryhill Road. Also own 140 acres of land in Dozier, Al off of hwy 63. (Good Hope Rd.)

Ponce De Leon/Defuniak Springs area of FL. I owned a hunt camp in Pike county and hunted up there for about 12 years, but I sold the camp and now I'm back to just hunting my place here in Florida. But I made a lot of friends hunting up there that I would have never had the privilege to know if I had not hunted up there all those years. I have friends from Mobile, Troy, to Dothan that I keep up with even though we no longer hunt together.

You're right, but since my lifestyle is so mobile I figured it would be best just to keep the AL residence instead of constantly changing it. Plus I like having a permanent address to have mail sent to if I had to.

Spent the 1st 33 yrs of my life in St.Clair and Talladega counties. Been living the last 16 in central Florida (job).
