Try messing with the shutter speed(from the app) mine is set to med. and it cured the washout. More than likely the weak signal is the delay issue. I have full bars and get pics about 30 seconds later. I also have a Covert and like the bushnell better. If i could change one thing i wish you could request a pic from the app. Like the covert. (Lets you know its working)
