Moved to Florence, AL in 2000 and lived there until I enlisted in the AF (11 years). Got sent to LA for 5 years and just got sent up to Rapid City,SD last august. Still keep AL as my home of record though so I don't have to pay for a out of state license
Correct me if I'm wrong but, SD doesn't tax military pay, right? If so, it would make sense to change residency and buy out of state license.
