Changed spots around 830. Heard something run behind me early on and it appears it was a coyote. I had a fresh pile of coyote shucks sitting outside my drive door when I got back to the truck. That's a first.
Now I'm in a clearcut. May have seen a good buck for a half second at about 200 yards. Wasn't there long and slipped outta view.
