Just pulled the gun up. It's hot. Same place as yesterday, hoping that big bodied deer comes back and that it's a boy with some points. Tried to move to get a better vantage point but I'm not sure it helped lol.

Just got settled in for the afternoon. Watching a draw with a mix of pine and hardwoods. Hopefully something shows up. I went in blind today, the original spot I couldn't get to because the road was closed. Oh well I'll make the best out of it.

Sitting on a plot on a transition line. Bumped 2 does coming in. My oldest boy turned 14 today and is with me trying to get a birthday buck. Warm and calm winds here. Good luck !!

Ended up staying there like you guys said. Saw another doe. Going back to the same spot in the morning, figure I've seen deer 2 days in a row there, may as well try for a third.

Ended up seeing 4 does and a spike. The spike was not harassing the does at all so I guess we are still a few weeks away from the rut.
