From a GW. I didn't say he had to be present for you to be a guest. I'm always a guest on the land I hunt even if the landowner is not there. I'm saying that you must have written permission from the landowner if he is not with you to be completely legal.
Fred, are you saying that there is no written permission law?
I'm not Fred...but I can read.
"This section shall not apply to the members of the family, guests, servants, or agents of the landowner."
The WHOLE SECTION doesn't apply to guests as well as the others listed. They are in fact EXCLUED from the law sections.
So since the SECTION does not apply...then the WORDS do not apply..which equates to written permission NOT BEING REQUIRED for invited guests as they are EXEMPT from the SECTION entirely.
