From a GW. I didn't say he had to be present for you to be a guest. I'm always a guest on the land I hunt even if the landowner is not there. I'm saying that you must have written permission from the landowner if he is not with you to be completely legal.
If he's a guest, then the law specifically states that the written permission doesn't apply to him, so why in the world does he have to have it to be legal?
