Strutter, can you please inform me as to the difference in having a paper copy filled out, and a digital copy filled out? The paper copy doesn't have Internet service, so why does the digital have to? Because it is a record. If the app is offline, can you look at your phone and see the date and numbers of points each deer harvested has? Not just what you are submitting at that exact moment, but what you have already submitted?
