Not trying to be an arse, but why do people just take for granted that rules/regulations never change from year to year and therefore never look at the rules?
Because for many years we enjoyed being able to freely decide what we needed/wanted to do on our land and how we wanted to hunt. Only in the last 10 years has there been a flurry of "Fix It" changes. More changes will come, though. Bank on it. For many many more years before there were limits on does.....nothing really new and earth shattering to see here.
