Not trying to be an arse, but why do people just take for granted that rules/regulations never change from year to year and therefore never look at the rules?
Because for many years we enjoyed being able to freely decide what we needed/wanted to do on our land and how we wanted to hunt. Only in the last 10 years has there been a flurry of "Fix It" changes. More changes will come, though. Bank on it.
