It is a cat of some kind. My dad saw him the other day and didn't have a gun and we have found tracks climbing up the steps of a couple of shooting houses and it looks like it is jumping up on the handrails to sit on the roof. We have never had anything like this on our property. There is a zoo that is closing down about 3 miles from our property and we think it possible came from there. Needless to say it will get ground checked if it is ever seen.
Might wanna call that zoo and tell em they have a cheetah on the loose
