Been wanting to try some buffalo trace but abc store sells out right when they get it
There is 2 different high fence. 1 small and one big! Mine was free range in the big pen and was not a breeder buck. Why does it have to be twisted around??

russels reserve single barrel ...from the master distiller of wild turkey.
have you tried 40 creek, it has won a lot of taste test challenges over the years and has the awards to show for it....
I like the bite that bulleit 10 yr old has a good old fashion mans bourbon.
side note smoothest whiskey I've had is by far crown royal monarch 75 and wont break the bank but is a tad pricey at around 75 bucks a bottle.

All those are good, but go grab a bottle of W.L. Weller or Very Old Barton and blind taste test them against some other "good stuff" and I think you will be surprised.
Also any bottle that you find on the shelves that has a unique label that state's: "Bottled in Bond" is going to be some good bourbon too.

I have a very large collection of "bottom shelf" value bourbons that I have been comparing the last several yearss. I do love a great wheater, and Weller is a good one. I prefer the Special Reserve to the Antique, but the Weller 12 handily beats them all. Try Larceny for another good wheater in the $25 range...will have to pick one up in TN as I dont think you can get it in AL.
Ouside of the Old Forrester and Bookers, the ER, BT and Wellers are all in the $20-30 class. VOB is less than $20 in most places, and I have a few bottles of the 6 YO vice the non age stated stuff on the shelf now. I have not been able to get my hands on one, but hear the VOB bottled in bond is the best of the group.
I love the Buffalo Trace distillery low rye mashbill, which ER and BT are made from. My favorite out of that family is the Old Chater...less than $20, and until recently was 8 year age stated. I have lots of those put up in my whiskey bunker.

Pollished off a bottle of Rare Breed and Blanton's as well over the week at the cabin with some Purple Heart Vets. Good stuff.

Picked up the last bottle of Eagle Rare and a bottle of Buffalo Trace just now in Trussville to add to the collection. Gonna have to agree that this ER is pretty nice!
